Breach of regulations

The regulations contain clear restrictions on how model aircraft flying should be carried out.

The regulations also contain some prohibitions. According to the Aviation Act ยง 14-29 breach of the regulations or limitations is punishable with fines or prison up to 3 months. Indoor flying of model aircraft is not regulated by the regulations.
