Assistance during the flight
Cabin staff must inform both the passenger and any companion about special safety procedures that apply to disabled people, children travelling alone and others with special needs.
The information shall be provided in the aircraft cabin, even if such information was also provided on booking. The information shall be adapted to individual needs and be communicated in the same language as other safety information.
During the flight itself you are only entitled to limited assistance. The airline must take reasonable steps to adapt your seat, and you will receive help to go to the toilet. If you require help beyond this, you must travel with a companion.
