Operator licence fees

There is an application fee for RO2 and RO3 operator licences, and a yearly fee for RO2 and RO3 operators.

You can find the amounts in the Regulation for fees to the Civil Aviation Authority. Updated fee regulations and amounts in the link (above).

These are the current amounts:

  • Registration fee RO1 - NOK 350
  • Application fee RO2 license – NOK 6 360
  • Yearly fee RO2 operator - NOK 4 240
  • Application fee RO3 license – fee by bill
  • Yearly fee RO3 operator -  NOK 11 700
  • Approval of procedures for special operations – NOK 2 440
