What is the theoretical examination requirement?
Pilots with more than 100 hours as a pilot will have to pass a written examination in Air Law and Human Performance.
Pilots with less than 100 hours as a pilot will have to undergo an approved theoretical training programme at an ATO/DTO. The course may be reduced in hours based on an ATO/DTO recommendation, but pilots with less than 100 hours will be required to take the complete theoretical knowledge examination for the PPL.
